How to Present a Good real estate by Piccini

Piccini has 23 years of experience in corporate real estate. Prior to joining NYIDTZ, he served as senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis. Piccini Real Estate has a good working experience in real estate firms and they are providing good services to investors and clients.

Today’s the real estate buyers tend to be from Holland, Germany, Switzerland and other European countries. There are also increasing numbers of buyers from Russia, China, India, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates.

Other closing costs are based on the declared the real estate and properties purchase price. These include notary fees (1 to 1.5 percent) and real estate agent commissions, typically 6 percent, shared between the buyer and the seller.

A good Property Details:

The French doors leading into the living room can be secured with tall shutters; the kitchen also has French doors leading outside. An arched stone doorway connects the living and dining rooms, and the floors throughout the house are of terra cotta tile. The kitchen has a typical Tuscan sloped timber ceiling, and arched windows overlook cypress trees and rolling hills. There is one full bath off the living room; the other, upstairs, has decorative tile. All three bedrooms are upstairs. The ground floor has a completely separate two-bedroom apartment that could be reintegrated. Currently, the house is used as a vacation rental.

There is a wooden deck beside the swimming pool, and the grounds are planted with herbs and olive trees. Grain fields around the house turn green in the spring and gold in the summer. The nearest beach, Cecina, is on the Mediterranean coast about 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) away.

More than half of the buyers of vacation homes in Tuscany are foreign. The majority used to come from the United States, Britain, Canada and Australia. Although Australians are still buying here, economic woes have substantially reduced the number of American and British buyers.
